The Rental Request form (link below) must be completed online. In order to guarantee Stalls and/or RV spots for the June 9 - 11 event, you MUST PREPAY NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, June 8 by 5pm. Specific Stall/RV location requests will be granted in the order that payments are received.
COMPLETE THE RENTAL REQUEST FORM FIRST, SUBMIT FORM AND THEN RETURN TO THIS PAGE AND CLICK ON THE ONLINE PAYMENT LINK, IF YOU CHOOSE TO PREPAY ONLINE.
TO RESERVE STALL/RV/SHAVINGS:
Please click on the "Rental Request Form" link below to complete the Stall/RV rental process. Refer to the Stall/RV Layout shown BELOW; click on photo to enlarge. Stall Rental Fee $20/day and RV Spots $30/per day. If you choose to purchase shavings, they are $10/bag. In general, two bags are sufficient for the 10' x 10' stalls.
TO PREPAY ONLINE:
Please click on the "Credit/Debit Card Payment" link below to pay with credit/debit card online. Note there is a 2.5% processing fee.
IMPORTANT ONLINE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Select PAYMENT TYPE on drop-down menu of payment screen and select RV RENTAL or STALL RENTAL. Select RV RENTAL if paying for combination of RV, Stalls and shavings. If paying for Stalls and/or shavings only and NO RV, choose the STALL RENTAL option in the drop-down menu. On next screen you must complete the RV RENTAL OR STALL RENTAL box. Type how many stalls, rv's in this box (example: 3 stalls, 1 RV). Don't worry about adding shavings, etc.
